Polyester Webbing Sling
Proper Usage of Slings:
- Use slings with clear identification.
- Check slings before use. Never use slings with damages or defects.
- Check length, working load limit and working position.
- Use suitable protection when working with sharp edges.
- Use correct mode factor and check for lifting angle.
- Avoid trapping the sling when lowering the load.
- Work with temperatures ranging from -40 to 100.
- Do not place stitching over hooks or other lifting devices.
- Store sling in a dry environment, away from heat, direct sunlight and UV rays.
- Check with manufacturer when working in a chemical environment.
* Elongation rate should be < 3% at working load and < 10% at breaking load.
